Rawn Law Firm can help make the eviction process go smoothly. We can prepare the required notice letters to start the eviction process, file the eviction paperwork, obtain the court date, and attend court. We answer your questions and provide guidance through the pitfalls of the Uniform Residential Landlord Tenant Act.

COLLECTIONS

Rawn Law Firm has resources to try to locate your previous tenants in order to serve them with a collection suit in order to try and collect the back rent, late fees and damages they owed at the time they vacated the leased premises.

CLOSINGS

Rawn Law Firm handles closings for real estate investors and cash deals. We are approved closing attorneys for several lenders who work with investors. We make sure the closing process goes quickly and smoothly. With our processes and procedures, in most instances we can close properties in less than a week.

Michelle has almost 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, representing real estate investors in both real estate matters and landlord tenant cases.
